Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the New Connections website, as well as the relationship between the agency and anyone who requests its advisory services for studying and working in Ireland.

By using this site, you accept these terms.

What we offer

New Connections provides advice and support to people who want to study English or take a higher education course in Ireland, with the option of working legally during their stay in line with current immigration rules.

The information published on this site is for guidance only. The specific terms of each programme are set out in the individual proposal we send to each applicant.

Your obligations as a user

Anyone using this site agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm the rights of others.

Any documentation submitted in support of an application must be genuine. The agency accepts no responsibility for the consequences of false or incomplete information.

How applications work

Submitting a form is a request for information and does not in itself create any contractual obligation for either party.

The services relationship is formed only once both parties have accepted the corresponding proposal in writing.

Fees and payment

Amounts, payment methods and cancellation terms are set out in the individual proposal for each programme.

Official fees, tuition, insurance and immigration charges are set by the bodies and institutions that issue them, and are outside the agency's control.

Liability

New Connections acts as an intermediary and adviser. Decisions on academic admissions, visas and permissions rest solely with the educational institutions and the relevant authorities.

The agency is not responsible for interruptions to the website caused by technical issues beyond its control.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to New Connections or is used with the appropriate permission. Reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
